Overview:
After a number of years in the painting industry that included the positions of "Prep person", "Roller", "Sprayer", Crew leader and eventually Operations Manager, Ed Noriega and a group of Master painters, decided to venture out on their own.

Enter Bright Painting.

Bright Painting deconstructed the duties and responsibilities and eliminated all inefficient aspects of a painting project. The usual structure of an established painting company usually includes an OWNER/ ESTIMATOR that sets the rates, talks to the clients, etc. When a price for a project is set, close to 40% of the price of the project goes to the owner's pocket.

Clients often joke that they only spoke to the owner of the painting company BEFORE the project, when they got the proposal or bid, and AFTER the project when they got the invoice. In occasion you find the hard way that whatever you told the estimator/owner at the time of the bid and what the crew performing the job knows are two totally different things.

Bright Painting eliminated that position. Ed Noriega, the owner of Bright Painting will oversee and visit EVERY Project, EVERY DAY. So at any given point in the project, you will be able to talk to the highest person in the chain of command. Not a "production painter", not a crew leader who "has to get approval".

Very few if ANY companies can assure you that THE OWNER will be AT YOUR home EVERY day.
